Donaldson LifeTec PP100 N filters are absolute nominal depth type filters made from 100% Polypropylene. They contain graded density Polypropylene microfiber filter media that provides a conical pore structure. LifeTec PP100 N filters provide superior flow rates and high efficiency. absolute micron and submicron particle retention and high dirt holding capacity. Their all-polypropylene construction provides broad chemical compatibility and low extractables levels in a wide variety of fluids and applications. The polypropylene media of the LifeTec PP100 N filter is made of multiple layers of successively finer fibers from a process that produces a self-assembled structure and smaller pores. This state-of-the-art design has a highly controlled porous, conical pore structure with an absolute nominal inner layer and several outer pre-filter layers which significantly increases the dirt holding capacity. All components meet EU and US requirements and are compliant with CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) for Food Contact in accordance with Title 21 (Food Contact Use Regulations) and EC/1935/2004 and subsequent amendments. The filter element is manufactured in accordance with GMP requirements as defined in EC/2023/2006, does not have filter through media, does not release fibers and is thermally welded. The Al materials used do not contain any Substances of very high concern (SVHC) as defined in EC/1907/2006 and EC/65/2011.
