Donaldson LifeTec™ PP N filters are nominal nominal depth type filters made of 100% polypropylene.

They contain an asymmetric polypropylene microfiber filter media that provides a graded pore structure. PP N filters provide exceptional flow rates and high efficiency, nominal submicron particle retention and high dirt holding capacity. Their all-polypropylene construction provides broad chemical compatibility and low extractables levels in a wide variety of fluids and applications. The polypropylene media of the PP N filter is a self-bonded material consisting of multiple layers of successively finer fibers and smaller pores. This state-of-the-art design results in a consistent, highly porous, conical pore structure with a controlled absolute nominal dirt holding capacity of the inner layer and several of the outer pre-filter layers, which significantly increases the dirt holding capacity. All components meet EU and US requirements for Food Contact Use Regulations in accordance with CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Title 21 and EC/1935/2004 and subsequent amendments. The filter element has been manufactured in accordance with the GMP requirements defined in EC/2023/2006, the filter medium is not fiber released, does not migrate and is thermally welded. All materials used do not contain too much material. High Concern (SVHC) as defined in EC/1907/2006 and EC/65/2011.
