UFM-Ds are compressed air zero loss, electronically controlled condensate drains. Ensure reliable operation even when dealing with large internal cross-sections for draining dirty, particle contaminated condensate: Less downtime, fewer problems for the application and greater safety - especially when compared directly to time- or oatmeal-controlled drains. In addition, condensate emulsifies less compared to time-controlled solenoid valves. Less emulsification and better function of oil/water separators: longer time compliance with legal requirements, lower operating costs, lower discharge limits! Quiet operation as there is no air loss when cleaning these drains - a very important feature when this drain is installed in a work area! The electronic control of the drain monitors continuous smooth operation. Automatic fault routines and a potential free remote control contact ensure safe operation at all times. You can react to malfunctions earlier.

          MAIN FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES:

  • Electronically, the level-controlled condensate drain does not lose pressure.
  • Permanent function control via LED display, automatic emergency programs in alarm mode
  • Easy maintenance, small slope against emulsification, small noise during the discharge procedure, insensitive.
  • Service Unit - all maintenance parts in one unit, minimum expenditure with service and maintenance, early reminder for service unit change (power/service LED starts flashing)
  • Aluminum corrosion-resistant, glass fiber reinforced plastics, permanently oil-contaminated and oil-free condensation
  • Protection class IP 67 - very high protection against penetration of dust or water into the controller housing
  • Multiple supply voltages, so worldwide use is possible.
